This is Banh Mi inspired. It’s not a Banh Mi. What this lacks in authenticity it makes up for in Protein.
Ingredients
- 125g pressure cooked chicken
- 4 Tablespoons Spicy Green Sauce
- 2 slices thin cut sourdough.
- 1 oz shredded carrots
- 1 serving (15g) light mayo
- soy sauce to taste
- fish sauce to taste
Instructions
- Combine everything into bowl
- Put on bread.
