Recipe - Spicy Green Sauce
Ingredients
3 headsCilantroroughly chopped.1 TBSGarlic, minced.1 Large Onion, medium diced.6 large Jalapenoroughly chopped.0.25cups oil.4 TBS light Mayo.

Instructions
- Cook onion with small amount of oil on medium heat so it develops rich color.
- When onion is almost done, add garlic. Make sure raw garlic flavor gets cooked out.
- Roughly Chop Cilantro and Jalapeno for blender.
- Add Cilantro, Jalapeno, cooked onion and garlic to blender. You will probably need to add a little, then blend, then add more, and repeat.
- Add 0.25 cups oil and 4 TBS light mayo to the blender during the above process. Don’t do it all at once, adding liquid to the top of the blender will help everything blend down.
- Add water to aid the blending. Add as little water as possible. 0.25 cups is enough for me. Spicy Green sauce should be liquid but with texture.
- Add salt to taste, using blender to mix in salt.
- Refrigerate before serving.
